Description
Formerly Brynmawr. Built by promoter of Latchmoor Estate. First floor slightly jettied with large timber brackets over porch and bay window. Slit decoration in gables. Windows and door appear original. Whitewashed render. Designed in 1907 by J C Richards & Co. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
