Description

Built for Sidney Prevost, joint developer of the Latchmoor Esate. Blind circular window in gable flanked by small rectangular windows. Two-storey canted bay window on corner under hipped roof topped by a gablet. Lunette window with brick dressings. Character rather eroded by replacement windows and paving over of front garden. The site looks rather overdeveloped. Designed in 1906 by Kerkham Burgess and Myers. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
