Description

Edwardian house shown in 1914 directory. Makes good use of its corner site with half-timbered gables facing Latchmoor Grove and Orchehill Avenue. Flat roof dormer with tile hanging not too obtrusive next to return of roof. Red brick and pebbledash with original casement windows and prominent chimney stack. Glimpse of sympathetic greenhouse over hedge which bounds garden. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
