Description
Formerly called Penally. Well-preserved example. Pebbledash. Hipped plain clay tile roof with rafters projecting from eaves and large chimney which helps to hide modern rooflight. Wide porch and canted bay window. Sash windows with multi-paned upper parts. Sympathetic timber greenhouse on side. Desined in 1907 by R J, Tilley. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Gerrards Cross Centenary. (B1).
