Description

There is no general WW1 memorial in Dunton - the names / details of those killed being recorded on three plaques in St Martin's Church. A brass plaque commemorating Pte James Roads, killed in Egypt in 1918, a brass plaque commemorating Pte Henry John Sharpe killed in Flanders in 1917 and a marble plaque to Pte William Phillip Noel Wood killed in Flanders in 1917.
