Description

A stone plaque measuring 0.8m (h) by 0.4m (w) commemorating 10 local people who were killed in action during WW1. Tthere is an addition fixed to the base to commemorate a further 6 parishioner who were killed in WW2. There is a representation of the 'Angel of Remembrance' above the inscription. The plaque was dedicated on 28 July 19121 by the Bishop Suffragan of Buckingham. Raised by public sponsorship. In good condition.(B1)
