Description

An ornamental stone plinth surmounted by a a figure of Victory, armed outstretched to commemorate, designed by Sir Bertram Mackennal and unveild by the Prime Minister of Canada. The Memorial commemorates those Canadian soldiers who were injured during WW1 but died from their wounds at the Canadian Red Cross Hospital, Cliveden. (Ref 1)
