Description

A simple latin cross on a square plinth and three stepped base. Constructed of Portland stone, designed by Raymond White, architect and constructed by J W Killer, builder. Commemorates 22 local people who were killed in action during WW1 and 4 in WW2. Dedicated by the Bishop Suffragan of Buckingham and unveiled by General Sir Robert Fanshawe on 26th February, 1923. In good condition (B1).
