Description

A memorial to William Bernard Webster Lawson who was killed in action at Steenstraate on 22nd October 1941, age 21.
The memorial, made of marble, comprises a table with base, pediment and pilarded sides with crossed flags above the inscription. The Memorial was unveiled by Major General sir H Cecil Lowther, the dedication being given by Bishop Suffragan of Buckingham, on 12th Oct 1918. (Ref: 1)
