Description
An elaborate stone memorial running up the full height of the wall incised in sepia. At the base a glazed bronze grille in which was placed a roll of honour in book form. There are two stone plaques, one dedicated to the Royal Bucks Hussars who fought and died during WW1. The second is dedicated to all ranks of the 99th Royal Bucks Yeomanry Field Regiiment who served during WW2. Condition unknown. Designed by Wright and White of Aylesbury in 1927 and unveiled by Lieutenant-General Sir William Peyton and dedicated by the Archdeacon of Oxford on 22 January 1928 (B1).
