Description

A marble tablet with base and pediment in St Peter & St Paul, Medmenham to commemorate James Makepeace Thackeray Ritchie who was killed in action guarding the Dunkirk beaches in 1940. The plaque which includes a profile of Ritchie above the inscription was made by Lady Kathleen Scott. (Ref 1)
