Description
Portland Stone Maltese Cross with Celtic Wheel on an octagonal base. To commemorate those killed in WW1 and WW2. The monument unveiled by Gen. Sir Herbert Lawrence in 1920, was designed by Mr Muirhead and built by Messrs Axtel & Son. (REF: 1)
