Description
A white marble plaque, nowy-headed with base and pediment, in the parish church commemorating those killed in WW1 and WW2. The monument was designed by the architect T Hansford-White and carved by Joeph Whitehead & Sons (B1).
A stained glass window commememorating Lieutenant E T D Finch of HMS Bulwark, who died in 1914. The village memorial with tiled apex roof and crucifix is located on a wall outside the church. A Roll of Honour is inscribed on brass plaque. The casualties are listed on the War Memorial plaque inside the church with the addition of two further names. Photographs and further details (B2).
