Area in old village site excavated by Rev B R Perkins. Many human skeletons & bones, lying E-W, discovered (B2).
60 interments (B5).
Plan of village site, 1925, marks old churchyard (B6).
1519 Bishop's visitation ordered fencing & perambulation of former graveyard (B4,B8).
Marked by enclosure at NGR (B11).
Reference of close called the old churchyard possibly refers to this site (B17).
