Description

On the Green, the recently restored Victorian well mechanism is still in place under a pretty little pergola. The well is 338
feet deep and is inscribed as being built by 'RJ and H Wilder, Wallingford, Berks'. A significant building within the Conservation Area of Fawley Green (B1).
