PIT 6 WAS 2 INTERSECTING PITS OF SIMILAR DATE; THE SOUTHERNMOST MAY HAVE BEEN A CESSPIT. CONTAINED FRAGMENTS OF 'LAVA' QUERN, CAT, TOAD & FOWL BONES; ALSO SEEDS (REPORT B1,P231). A COOKING POT OF ST NEOTS FORM SUGGESTS A C10 DATE FOR THIS FEATURE (B1).
