PALAEOLITHIC IMPLEMENT FROM GRAVEL AT RAILWAY BRIDGE JUST N.OF STATION (B1).
VERY WELL MADE POINTED OVATE. REGULAR, THIN CROSS SECTION. SMALL PATCH OF CORTEX ON 1 SIDE. UNROLLED (B2).
NGR TO BRIDGE IMMEDIATELY N.OF GT.MISSENDEN STATION (B3).
HANDAXE IS TOO FRESH TO BE FROM A GRAVEL DEPOSIT (B4).
