Description

Various documentary references eg existence suggested in assessment of manor of Princes Risborough in 1086 & 1337 orders to remove deer. No mention after restoration (B1).
1299 park near manor house. Not shown by Saxton in 1574 (B2 ).
Field names suggest W of town - 'Parkfield' marked at NGR on estate map (B3).
