1291 property of abbey in Princes Risborough lands & meadows worth £125 90 pa. 1535 held manor & rectory - valued at £40 pa. Henry VIII granted to Dean & Chapter of Oxford. Later Robert King, Bishop of Oxford; Thomas Crompton etc. From 1675 held with King's manor (B8).
