Description

Grade II. Barn. Probably C17. Timber framed on brick plinth, east gable rebuilt in brick. Weatherboarded walls, old tiled roofs, full height cart doors each side, various loft doors. Interior 4 bays, massive posts with curved braces to tiebeams carrying large principals supporting lower purlins and collars to upper purlins. Wall framing with curved braces and curved windbraces to purlins (B4).
