PIT P1 CONTAINED A FRAGMENT OF ROTARY QUERN.P2 HAD SLAG & AN IRON NAIL HEAD.P3-P4 WAS A RECUT PIT WITH ADJACENT HEARTH & CONTAINED A PIECE OF SLAG.P4 HAD CHARCOAL & A POSSIBLE MID-SAXON RIM LUG.P5 WAS ACTUALLY 2 INTERSECTING PITS & CONTAINED QUERN FRAG- MENTS,MUCH CHARCOAL ETC.(SEE B1,P188)
