DANISH OR VIKING BRONZE PIN. IN POST-HOLE INSIDE HEDGE ON E SIDE. PROB FROM SWEDEN (B1). PIN HAS TAPERING SHAFT & SOLID OBLATE HEAD WITH SMALL PLAIN COLLAR BELOW. RING & DOT ORNAMENT ON HEAD. MORE LIKELY LATE SAXON. GREENHASE NOT TRACED. A H COCKS LIVED AT POYNETTS (NGR)(DRAWING)(B1). NOTED IN 1930'S (B2).
