LARGE COARSEWARE URN CONTAINING BURNT HUMAN BONE, FINE EARTH, CHARCOAL, IRON FRAGMENTS, SMALL BLACK POT. NOT EARLIER THAN MID C3AD. REMAINS OF ADULT FEMALE. FOUND BY MR H MONTEFIORE & MR E C ROUSE IN LEVELLING GROUND FOR GARDEN OF NEW HOUSE IN 1937 (B1- 3). IRON FRAGS IDENTIFIED AS HOB-NAILS (B2).
