Description

Grade II. 1755 by Richard Bentley. Stable court carriage archway. Red brick. Chamfered Tudor arch with coat of arms above and clock in parapet. Flanked by battlemented circular towers with cross-loops and blank arrow-slits, cement architraved. Stableyard side arch with hoodmould and rebuilt pediment over. Remainder of stable court almost entirely reconstructed (B7).
