To either side of Prebend House are historic properties situated hard up to the back edge of the narrow pavement forming an attractive built frontage to the western side of the street. Of particular note are Norton House, a two storey rendered property with an early 19th century principal elevation, Brooklyn Cottage, Istra House, and Istra Cottage.
