Description

Plan Form - BARBED & TANGED
WELL MADE ARROWHEAD (ILLUS). MANY STRUCK FLINTS IN FRESH CONDITION WERE OBSERVED NEARBY AT THE SAME LEVEL. SITE MAY HAVE BEEN THE HEAD OF AN ANCIENT CREEK, & IS NOW SITUATED ON APPROX THE PRESENT FLOOD PLAIN LEVEL. DUG UP AT A DEPTH OF 53CM IN THE GARDEN OF HOUSE (B1-2).
