Single storey rendered building with thatched roof, cottage visible on 19th century maps of the village. Prominently positioned at junction of Townside and Thame Road. Forms part of a group with small single storey or one and a half storey rendered buildings elsewhere in village e.g. 1, Windmill Road, 11, Townside and 1, Station Road. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Haddenham. (B1).
