Description

One and a half storey rendered cottage with steeply pitched tiled roof (probably originally thatched). Visible on 19th century maps of village. Positioned towards the front of its plot but at a slight angle to the carriageway. Irregular fenestration. Prominent chimney within front roof plane. Prominent in views of the street and in scale and form it is in keeping with neighbouring historic buildings. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Haddenham (B1).
