Attractive two storey rendered cottage, shown on 19th century maps of the village. Gabled tile roof with mid-ridge stack. Regular fenestration with gabled entrance porch. Prominently positioned on Rudd’s Lane. Forms part of a group with 3, Rudd’s Lane and 10-12 Rudd’s Lane. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Haddenham (B1).
