Two storey rendered building positioned gable onto entrance to Dragontail. Gabled tiled roof. Gabled dormer window contained within roof plane. Modern porch addition to principal elevation. Forms part of a group with 4, Gibson Lane. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Haddenham. (B1).
