19th century witchert two storey building with tiled gable roof and brick end stacks. Regular fenestration and central door. Prominently located at junction of Crabtree Road and Churchway. Forms part of a group of buildings located on northern side of Crabtree Road. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Haddenham. (B1).
