Description

Two storey rendered cottage positioned slightly back from the road. Two bays with gabled slate roof and single chimney stack at north-western end. Ridgeline runs parallel with the carriageway. Simple slate roofed single storey lean-to extension to north-western end. Prominent in views along Thame Road and in terms of small scale and form is in keeping with surrounding historic buildings. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Long Crendon. (B1).
