Description

One and a half storey rendered cottage with steeply pitched tiled gabled roof. Steep pitch of roof may indicate that have originally been thatched. Gabled dormers in principal roof plane. Narrow gable and rear gable extension visible from road. Front elevation has irregular fenestration pattern with strong solid to void ratio. Position hard up to the back edge of the pavement reinforcing the strong building line and the narrow and enclosed character of the lane. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Long Crendon. (B1).
