Description

One and a half storey rendered building with stone plinth. Positioned gable onto road, and hard up to the back edge of the pavement, creating hard edge to street and reinforcing narrow enclosed character of the lane. Building runs along side of plot. Tiled gabled roof with ridge stack. Dormers visible on side elevation. Irregular fenestration detail. In terms of scale, narrow width of gable and general form is in keeping with surrounding historic buildings. This is a local building of note within the Conservation Area of Long Crendon. (B1).
