In total value it pays £38 a year, assayed and weighed; before 1066 it paid £25 at face value. In this manor are 2 Freemen who hold 1 1/2 hides; they did not lie there before 1066.
Leofwin [of Nuneham] holds 1/2 hide in 'Wanden' from the King. Land for 1 plough; 1/2 there; [another] 1/2 possible. 1 smallholder. Woodland, 30 pigs, and it pays 10s. The value is and always was 10s. He also held before 1066; he could sell. Ralph put this land in Wendover; but it was not there before 1066.
