Description

Evaluation trial trenching by TVAS in December 2008 found a possible medieval (or later) steep-sided curving ditch, approximately 2m wide and 0.74m deep, aligned northwest-southeast. The lower fill of the ditch contained fragments of medieval pottery, tile and animal bone. See report for detail (B1).
