Description
Geophysical surveys carried out between July and November 2008 by Stratascan identified a group of anomalies (Area 13) interpreted as curvilinear ditched enclosures and a possible ring ditch. See report for detail (B1).
The eastern sub-circular enclosure was identified during the evaluation, c.3m wide, and over 1m deep, and was dated to the late prehistoric period. The western circular enclosure was dated to the late prehistoric/ middle Iron Age. (B2).
