Description
Medieval pottery found in test pit off Leckhampstead Road (see also 0970000000, 0970100000, 0970200000, 0970300000). This test pit lies furthest from the road. It is noticeable in this sequence of STPs that the quantity of medieval pottery declines with distance from this artery (B1).
