Description

Undated pond identified during walkover survey carried out by Northants Archaeology in January 2009 (Feature 5). Described as oblong-shaped with an adjacent earthwork bank to the NW. The pond is 10m long, 2m wide and 0.6m deep; the bank is 10m long, 1.6m wide and up to 0.3m high with well-defined gradual slopes and a rounded top (B1).
