Description

Formerly locally listed. Earlier19th century. Colour washed brick, Welsh slated roof. 2 storeys, brick plinth, eaves cornice. 3 sashes in reveals with glazing bars, flat arches. Door and oblong fanlight with ornamental glazing bars in reveal; wooden surround with Doric flattened half columns, double console brackets to cornice head with panelled soffit (B1).
House presumably demolished in 1970s in advance of construction of modern DHSS ofices (B2).
