Description

Geophysical survey carried out by GSB Prospection in July 2008 identified anomalies interpreted as the remains of ridge and furrow aligned NW-SE. The ridge and furrow also survives as prominent earthworks. See report for detail (B2).
NGR to centre of field.
An archaeological desk-based assessment of Valley Farm, Linslade, concluded that the site does have some potential to contain archaeological remains, in particular those from the prehistoric (Iron Age) period (B3).
