Description

Formerly locally listed. Mid 19th century, flint rubble, red brick quoins and dressings, hipped Welsh slate roof. 2 storeys, eaves cornice, first floor band of 2 courses of bottle ends, curved segmentally area [over?] central doorway, 2 casements in chamfered reveals, wooden porch (B1).
House presumably demolished in advance of construction of modern retail units in vicinity of Bowden Mill (B2).
