Description

Locally listed by Wycombe District Council. 18th century, altered. Stucco, hipped old tile roof. 2 storeys, first floor band, plinth, cornice bar. 2 lattice, 3-light casements. Side elevation on right has chimney breast with tiled off-set, modern lean-to (B1).
Rejected as a candidate for inclusion on Buckinghamshire Council's Local Heritage List on 17th February 2022 (building has lost former significance as now in residential use).
