Description

Grade II. Barn. Late C16 or early C17 barn, reclad and with lean-to on east added in C18. Timberframed, clad in weatherboarding on deep brick plinth. Half-hipped old tiled roof Central cart entrances, gabled on one side. Some inserted C20 windows. Three bays with frame of thick scantling with midrail, slightly curved windbraces and jowled posts. Queenpost roof with purlin, ogee-shaped windbraces and pegged rafters (B1).
