Description

Round barrow 16.8m in diamater (to outer edge of ditch). The ditch is 2.5m wide, 0.10-0.15m deep. Mound immediately inside ditch and 11.8m diameter by 0.60m high. At centre of mound there is an oval robbing pit 4.0m long, 2.8m wide by 0.15m deep, aligned E-W. The low mound, with no evidence truncation indicates that this is a disc barrow. On open grass. Earthworks low but distinct on steep slope - 2m drop across barrow (B1).
