Description

An evaluation was undertaken in the garden of Gorse View, Tyler's Green, in advance of residential development. A modern pit and a large extraction pit were excavated. The modern pit may have been for rubbish and the extraction pit was probably related to the tile industry in the area (B1). NGR to approx area of Trenches 3 and 4.
