Description

Geophysical survey carried out by Oxford Archaeotechnics in September 2006 identified a small number of anomalies interpretted as silted and buried pits, a NW-SE aligned ditch approx 15m long and 2m wide and traces of parallel plough furrows aligned E-W. Weaker anomalies may represent further ditches, including possible curvilinesr ditches. See report for detail (B1).
