Description


10 pits, 7 undated, 1 probably modern and at least 2 of 17th to 18th century date, recorded during watching brief carried out by John Moore Heritage Services between March and September 2006 during groundworks for new house. The stone footings and floor of a partially demolished cottage fronting Burts Lane was also recorded and presumed to be 18th century in date (B2).
