Description

Grade II. Barn, probably dating from the late seventeenth century. Timber frame, weatherboarded and with plain tile roof. Four bays. Timber trusses with tie-beams and queen struts, with rafters above. Large opening set off-centre, with double doors, and further doors and half doors beyond. Internal timber partitions to either side of the main entrance. Forms a group with the adjoining house, Burcott Lodge, to which it lies parallel (B1).
