Description

Training excavation carried out in July 2003 by Chiltern Young Archaeologists Club members on disused allotment recovered unstratified finds of undiagnostic prehistoric flint flakes and burnt flint. Other finds of unstratified post-medieval to modern pottery, brick, tile, clay pipes, glass, coal, slag, clinker, charcoal, shell, chalk, metal, plastic and animal bone were recovered and are all indicative of the known landuse of the site.
